X-Acto knife chest by rhoing

X-Acto knife chest

This set was Clare’s dad’s. I brought it home after he passed away or when Mom relocated. I will be passing it along to my youngest brother-in-law who will use the set more than I have. Classic and useful things never go out of style: this set is still available!

Shot against the Foldio1 gray background, but not inside the Foldio1 studio. The Foldio1 is without a light strip(s) now and I am going to upgrade to the Foldio2 Plus soon.

Oh wow! I remember these when we had to do pasteups to make plates for printing.

Wasn't it great with tools came in cool wooden boxes sized "just right" for each tool! Awesome that you still have the directions!

@thewatersphotos Indeed, back when craftsmanship in wood was an art. Dove-tailed joints; no hardware... Having an X-Acto “catalog” still in the box would probably be me, but that was definitely Clare's dad!

Great image of a delightful set in a wooden box. Nowadays it looks like luxury!
