It’s time

This was a gift from my graduate school mentor* on the occasion of the birth of our first child. “She” is about 11" tall. My dad had a plexiglass or acrylic cover custom built for her, so she has been [relatively] dust-free since 1985. I have asked our daughter if she would like to have it…

She is just beautiful and she is a collector doll. They sell for quite a bit of money on Etsy. I've sold most of my collection with the dolls my dad picked up for me from all over the world.
