Summertime by rhoing

Summertime

This summer’s second batch of cold brew coffee concentrate (decaf).

Bordering on ETSOOI because I could never catch a drip in mid-air — not for lack of trying! I had to settle for adjusting the shape and location of the drip coming out, using three different tools in ON1 Photo Raw: Perfect Eraser, Healing Brush, and Push Tool.

Looks like you like strong coffee… always a good idea if you are having it iced. Nice one.

Looks quite strong

@kvphoto @bkbinthecity It steeps for 24 hours, so it is indeed strong (a concentrate). To drink, it's combined with ~3 parts water!

I saw a recipe today for cold brew popsicles, and it made me wonder how does one make cold brew? Research yet to come.

@randystreat For this particular product, it's a bit of a process, but it works for us. This "batch" will last us a few weeks.
