I have come to the sixth day of our Andalusia Tour. On this day we went to Granada, another beautiful city with much to offer.
I liked this shot for the many different periods which I have managed to capture. In the forefront is a monument of Christopher Colombus kneeling before Queen Isabella of Spain. Behind it is a very modern building with older architecture reflected on the glass. There was a group of tourists milling around the Columbus monument which I couldn’t and didn’t want to leave out.
Many thanks for your views, comments, and FAV’s. They are very much appreciated.
Cool contrasts and such interesting architecture. I'm intrigued by al the people in the image. Were they tourists gathered round their guide, or maybe listening to someone holding forth about something?
Nice reflections in the glass of the building too.
