@stephw - Thank you Stephanie! My camera has a sports mode setting, but I have found that using the shutter speed works equally as well if not better. Find yourself the best vantage point you can for unobstructed shots and if you have burst mode, where you can take multiple photos by holding down the shutter button, use that. Since this was a Jr. High game I found I had more freedom to move around. There tends to be more people showing up for the varsity games.
