I went down by the river this afternoon not really knowing what I might find. It was overcast and the fog would come and go. I was trying to get some fog shots when this kayaker appeared. Thank you for your wonderful comments and Favs and your continued support!
Oh my goodness, Skip. You nailed it with this one. How perfect that the kayaker photobombed your shot. He makes it perfect with that reflection. A fav!
Thank you all so very much for all your "Wows", wonderful comments, and Favs! And particularly for taking the time to stop and view this!
It was an odd day. I saw the fog on the river so I walked down to a bend and set up my camera. The fog kept changing, It would get real heavy and then it would almost disappear. I watched and every time I like how it looked I'd snap a shot. Then I thought I could hear a noise and then this guy appeared out of the fog. When he saw my camera on the tripod he stopped rowing. I just waited until he got to the cross hairs on the bottom right of the grid and snapped the shutter with my release. This was one of those out of the blue shots. This is the first time I have seen anyone in a boat of any kind on this part of the river. Usually fishermen fish off the shore or use waders.
