@danette - I was wondering why you see this as representing life?

@skipt07 It's a little bit of a sad photo. The rain, being like the tears of life. The flowers being the growth. Sometimes, our lives bring rain, but we also have the beauty during these difficult times.

@danette - Interesting perspective! I am tired of the rain. I want to see the sun light up my daughter's face again!

"Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death I shall fear no evil, for Thou art with me..."

I learned that in first grade and I can only ever remember the KJV. Max Lucado wrote a book on the 23rd Psalm called Traveling Light.

Beautiful shot and angle. What is the name of this flower? One of my friends has this one in her garden. I seemed like couldn't get a nice angle to shot this flower.

@godsloverphotography - Thank you very much Inge! These are blossoms of a hosta. There are different types of hostas and each variety has a different flower. This particular one, is an Antioch hosta. Here is a link so you can see what they look like. http://www.edenbrothers.com/store/hosta-antioch.html?gclid=CP-5ru-2xrgCFbFDMgodblYAxA
