Thank you for all your gracious comments and favs! It was very cold. I had my gloves but changing the settings on the camera was somewhat difficult so I took them off. Before I knew it the tips of my fingers were numb to the point I could barely push the shutter button. I had my remote with me, but the battery died. There was more water going over the falls than the last time I visited here, but not enough where I could take a wider shot and the very small island made up of stones and silt was smaller restricting my movement.

I don't think this was one of Tomlin's biggest hits. I was trying to come up with an appropriate title and was drawing a blank. I then recalled this song. If I remember correctly it came out in October or November 2014 maybe Danette. As I tramped in and back out of the woods in the freezing cold I was beginning to wonder if it was worth it.
