roaming the grounds of the boathouse across from the island where the Boldt Castle is situated, the lovely golden reflection of the setting sun splashed the front windows of the boathouse. you can imagine this is "just" the residence of the boatkeeper, the boathouse proper is five times the residence as the master, the great Boldt man, owned more boats than the ladies have any dresses.
the resulting patterns of the window panes and the railings on the front steps melded into patterns akin to the abstract photographs of 365er @lxxx who is methinks haunted by patterns in all shapes and forms. and that is the push given to me by my partner this week, @jackies365 to take a shot inspired by lxxx. before you judge me, i invite you to take a gander at his album and see for yourself.
I agree with @lxxx About the variety of patterns! Black-and-white is a perfect choice of processing because it accents them so wonderfully! After taking a quick look at his project I agree you have done an excellent job!
(PS: i feel honoured!)
