Nothing Mundane about Tea!

Not being a coffee drinker, I'm very attached to tea as my hot drink of choice (because hot chocolate is filled with bad calories) and my source of caffeine. This is not my favorite brand, but I love these little pyramid bags. I've been thinking about what to do with teabags for the mundane challenge. In the end, today's photo was influenced by three themes: macro-monday, b2b-space, and the mundane-teabag challenge.

@hjbenson Yes, the tea I drink especially is heavy on caffeine -- heavy black assam type teas. Since I don't drink coffee, psychologically I tell myself that this tea is all I need!

@taffy It's Christmastime (or maybe just Christmas) Charlie Brown! is the name. As far as I know it's a Christmas classic by now. You can definitely get it on DVD, but it will probably air on TV over Nov./Dec. too. If you like Charles Schultz and Peanuts, you'll like this.

Awesome shot! What brand is the tea? I've been trying to drink more herbal tea...to break the caffeine habit. Difficult though.

@eyesmile It's Forte. It comes in little pyramid boxes, is quite overpriced, and tastes good, but I'm not sure it's worth the cost. It makes a nice gift for tea drinkers (which is how I ended up with it). They do make loose teas in tins and that's still high end, but more reasonable. Thanks for the kind comment on the shot!
