Just as @ukandie1 and I were setting up tripods to photograph skaters against the city's skyline next to Millennium Park, the sky opened up with rain and then snow. By the time we got to shelter, we were drenched. Cameras were safe in little plastic protectors I'd had in my kit bag and our fingers stayed warm using the hot-glove things Andie had in her bag. Good thing we had a little time doing some hand-held shots while we were still dry, on our way to the skating section. Hoping for a second chance midweek.
It's like a giant coffee bean! Is that what it is? What a fun sculpture and fantastic for reflections. Hope you get your second chance later this week.
What a great capture. Sounds freezing there. We are hitting 30 in the mornings and 60 midday with all blue sky. Fires still burning in So Ca with smoke wrapping around and onto the coast of San Francisco. Sad what has happened in Ca this year in fires. FAV
You can't be considered an *Artiste* without suffering a little! (Try telling yourself that!) This is sensational, and undoubtedly it's going to the Top 20 in short order! LOVE it!
