How Sunrise Entertains the Morning Commuters

I do not get to see sunrises as they happen before I wake up. But with Jim needing to be at the hospital for a (now successfully completed) procedure this morning, we were up at 4:45 a.m. I took this with my iPhone from the hospital west of the city on the campus of the university where I used to (and Jim still does) work. You can how the Sears (Willis) Tower dominates Chicago's skyline. It almost (but not quite) encourages me to consider rising early again.

I am an early riser and was up at 5am yesterday and saw that same band of cloud, but from further west I could see the sunrise from both above and below it. obviously my background was no where near as interesting as yours...just Chicago Bungalow rooftops, trees, and a ton of polls and wires!
