Thank you for all the wonderful comments on yesterday's trio of zebras! Those were living on the Serengeti. This pair was part of a herd at the Ngorongoro Crater. This fellow was doing his best to 'connect' with his girlfriend, but I had to wonder if bringing her flowers might not have gotten him further. She eventually conveyed that she only wanted to be friends and they trotted off into the distance (well, away from my camera).

love that pose - you don't often see the pattern down the spine of the zebra like that. This gives great context with so many zebra in the background, but these two still stand out so sharp.
