Leading Lines at the Lyric Opera

The Lyric Opera has one of the prettiest colonnades in the city. I thought it would be a good place to practice candid shots. But, my candids weren't that interesting (one had a gentleman with a CD player hooked up to his walker, and as he walked through the aria, he was playing the main theme from Phantom of the Opera -- very cool, but the photo didn't live up to the backstory). I liked the perspective looking from one end to the other.
This is a great shot! I love the repetitiveness of the lights and the columns.

Great composition! I like the deep blue of the building as well. The man playing the Phantom theme sounds slightly crazy in an awesome way :)

@melody2289 @scarlettau @fliss Thank you so much! Felicity, the man really was awesome. I actually followed him a bit, but never could figure out a way to capture what it felt like to be in the area with him.
