Thinking a lot about sun flare for the CSC-29 (and please think about tsubmitting!!!). Thinking about this week's mundane challenge which is glass. Cleaning up the kitchen after dinner and thinking I don't have a new photo from today. Look outside (duh) Grab almost empty and no longer drinkable bottle of wine and pour into a glass. Not much left so add a little water. Head outside and have some photo fun. Download and narrow choice to two photos. Then decide to post them both (see other one at http://365project.org/taffy/365/2013-07-08).
Thank you all for your wonderful comments and support of my obsessive attempt to do light painting! And for your comments on the fireworks -- it was on PP for a nano-second earlier today. On reflection, these also fit the ONS5 challenge for travel since Beaver Island sunsets help make this a vacation destination.
And try some flares this week!!! Tag CSC-29.
I do like the other one better...not sure why exactly. Maybe the proximity of the sun to the glass - the nearness. They both are very pretty and this one has some flare :)
@rachelwithey@ness50@susale Thanks Rachel, Vanessa, and Susale -- for taking the time to view and comment. I think this one, Rachel, is the only one with real sun flare.
Thanks Al, Jennifer, Elisabeth, Terri, Kazzy, and Annie -- I'm glad you liked it. Annie, I agree, love of wine, love of wine glass photo -- it definitely goes together!
Thanks Michael, Gena, Teal, Pam, and Mike! I tend to agree that this comes in second to the other one. Mike -- I loved your comment about your being in the shot improving it!!
