Junko @jyokota remembered a recipe that @darylo had posted at some point and we decided we would make dinner tonight for Jim and Bill (except Bill got home early so he cut the chicken and the herbs we needed). Dinner was a success, consisting of this yummy orzo/chicken/zucchini/tomatoes/herbs dish and a green salad. Very healthy but tasty. Thanks Daryl!

Wow! Good to know it works. I posted it on Facebook because I wanted to try it. So you would recommend? Any adjustments? Looks beautiful! Love both shots.

Definitely worthy of making! It's quick -- probably 30 minutes as advertised start to finish, varying only in how organized you are when you start. I think it benefitted from adding pepper though you can easily do that at the table. It's pretty forgiving as a recipe goes -- e.g., could add more zucchini, or less tomato or vice versa. I think the seasonings were good but again, forgiving -- adding more, or different combinations. One thing we discovered by accident. We had chicken the night before and there were leftovers -- Bill had grilled them and they had great seasonings. We tossed in about 1/3 of the total amount, using the grilled chicken, and I thought it added to the flavor. So if you're grilling, make extra and use that for this recipe the next night or so.
