As I said some of these have been remodeled and expanded upon and have become quite nice. While perhaps there are more eye catching ones, I liked this one the best. as you can see the Venturo is on top, but they made a much larger area out of the land below and in front of the Venturo.
It's made even more impressive by knowing what little space there actually is to do all this. A few other places made "basements" out of the area below the Venturos' foundation platform, but it really isn't that much room. Seeing them make such a wide area, is amazing. Granted the ceiling is a bit low. I know you can't see inside but it looks just like a normal modern apartment.
I mentioned before that if you want to remodel your venturo you must get permission from the government first. This seems to be more of who you know and what connections you have, as I was told by the neighborhood manager that some have been declined without any real reason. Apparently the lady who owns this one, also owns four other ones but was only allowed to remodel this one. Granted another one that she owns was already remodeled before she bought it.
This really turned me off. As there is one that is for sale, and the price is pretty cheap, granted it's in serious disrepair. However it would be a great thing to remodel and expand upon, but with no guarantee if you'd be allowed to build or not, it seems like a highly impractical investment.
