OCOLOY Day 67: Reflections in the Forest

Another from my walk in the forest yesterday. Bad News - it was very wet and muddy. Good News - there were lots of puddles... all with reflections!

Best viewed on black I think.

This image is SOOC and is part of my ongoing OCOLOY project - you can read more about it in my profile.
Brilliant. FAV.

very nice reflection Richard. I'm sick of all the mud and puddles here in the UK. Love it when it's frozen but prefer it warmer and dry! Having said that, you don't get shots like this without puddles!

This looks like a picture I took last week of trees reflected in a lake and it was so true that I felt like people would think..........no way this can be a reflection. fav

@essiesue Thanks Sue - they can look very realistic but in this one you can see the edges of the puddle and a couple of floating leaves... in colour, the water is an orangey-brown colour so there could be no mistake.

Richard, when I told my 14yr old daughter that it was a reflection on the ground, her response "that's cool". Very simply stated but quite accurate, it's brilliant! Fav!

excellent < I caught something similar this morning only looking up at nesting crows. I love bare trees, then again I love them with their leaves on. Ok I love trees they add so much to our enviroment...

Well I love trees in winter and reflection shots, so am loving this capture. I like how the reflection just about fills the frame. When I first saw it I had to stop and figure it out, the pieces of the ground and the fallen leaves telling me what I was seeing!

Wonderful reflections

@ukandie1 Thanks Andie... and just to confuse you, it's rotated 180 deg - but that was my intention when I took the shot. (I could just as easily have held the camera upside-down I guess!)
