OCOLOY Day 222: Marguerites on the Kitchen Counter
This is another in my occasional series of glass/water/window images: each one was unplanned being simply a reaction to what caught my eye at a given moment.
As usual, the image is SOOC and is part of my ongoing OCOLOY project - you can read more about it in my profile.
Glad this caught your eye, because it caused my finger to hit the fav button!! Love the high contrast and dof, as said before I learn a lot form your exif info!
@vignouse i have hit the buy button on the xt2, still have some thoughts that i should have waited for a deal with lenses for the xt1, but it is done now.
@ukandie1 Now I am jealous! It's not available here yet but I do have the money put aside for it. I've just got the 14mm lens but with my Ocoloy project I don't have much opportunity to use it. My current thinking is to go all prime lenses with the Fuji's: I have the 14mm, 18mm, 27mm and 35mm - the next one up will be the 57mm I think.
Haha...NOW I am jealous! My Xt2 will come with the kit lens...I am going to have to spend the next few years working on buying prime lenses. My first lens will most likely will be the xf 35mm F2 (so I can have a rainy/snowy day kit), look out for umbrella/snowy shots from me in the future!
@ukandie1@vignouse I'm envious of you both. Shooting with the X100 this year has certainly made me a Fuji fan. I really don't miss Nikon DX at all. Very interested to see how xt1 / xt2 and primes work out for you both. I've read very enthusiastic reviews of the Fuji 56mm. Now that is a focal length I'm missing at the moment. (Ps Fav!)
Next month it will make water glass window ....
It is very successful , it seems that you add with the processing vessel in the scene, it seems to float .FAV
