A 365er whose photos I always admired once wrote that she was increasingly realizing photography was "all about the light". The comment stayed with me. It's so true and this image makes her point well.
@pickerandagrinner@kali66 It's nice of you to say so Louis but although the subject matter is similar, the style is completely different. I'm emphasizing light and transparency whereas Morandi was about flat light and the solidity of his objects... might have to have a go at that challenge though.
Really like the apparent simplicity of this image, it draws you in and then you notice more and more detail. I say "apparent simplicity" as I know shooting this type of object is often not simple. fav
