Finally managed to find another willing portrait volunteer! This is the Head Butcher in our local farm shop, he has just won awards for his profession and was happy to pose with them. Fulfils my get pushed challenge for this week from @seacreature "an intimate portrait, in black and white"

Fabulous portrait, Anne. I really like this - shows a happy, friendly person, and it also shows part of what he does. What I like about your black and white is that it is so striking - from total black to snow white, and all the tones in between. I love that his hat lets in little bits of light onto his face, and the little glint you caught in his eyes. So glad you have found some willing subjects. I must be honest, I do find it quite difficult to ask people - especially strangers, but I'm getting so much better at it
Are you really going to stop, only another 98 and you'll have achieved the 100!! I agree with everything Desi wrote, but I wouldn't have been as succinct! well Done is all I can add and applaud!!
