At the Greengrocer's on the High Street, they appear to be steaming the vegetables!

They spray the veggies at our stire, but not steam. Interesting.

Yes cold water mist here!! When I worked produce I did not like this as you had better keep those sprayers clean lol. Beautiful capture and nice selection of Yumm!
