Open Sesame bring beautifully balanced Persian/Levantine food to the street. They use sustainable, local, organic and welfare friendly ingredients that fuse together and set the senses alight.
Their chicken is marinaded and cooked on site to release the wonderful aromas of their own ras el hanout (North African spice mix).
They make their own yogurt with local milk, mix harrissa sauce using locally grown and dried chillies.
The Open Sesame menu is constantly evolving with bespoke seasonal salads, presenting new tagines with tahdig rice, introducing new kefta dishes and serving savoury spiced buttered steak.
