'O Lord Life has a way
Of pressing me day by day,
Pressed, but not crushed it’s true
For my faith Lord is in You.
I ‘m perplexed but not in despair,
For Lord I know I am in Your care,
I am persecuted each day
But never forsaken along life’s way.
I am struck down but not destroyed
Even though the evil one with me has toyed,
I’m kept safe in the Lord’s loving arms,
Daily He protects me from all that harms.
Thank Your Lord for Your sustaining grace
Enabling me to run life’s daily race,
By Your love I am now set free
Enable daily to live in victory.'
