I love seeing pictures of your girls. This picture looks like they are outside. I guess she sitting next to the glass since she on the blind. She about eaten her perch up.
@princesicita She's been attacking that blind since she moved in with us 2 years ago :)
@nicolecampbell I guess take pictures of flowers all the time :)
@lbmcshutter We just think of her as an interior designer - she just chews things until they are the way she likes them :)
@kennyw Phoenix is actually less of a handful than Magic - we usually know where to find her and what she'll be up to :) (I think she's actually just making a window seat for herself - she likes to sit up there and preen).
@woot I think the best analogy I've heard is 'parrots are like two-year-olds with power tools' :)
@clarissajohal Thankfully we have no real attachment to the blinds (they came with the house) so we're happy for Phoenix to redesign them to her heart's content :)
@dmariewms Now there's an idea! Wonder how to go about it... :)
@vernabeth She's taken out about a quarter of the blind so far... We do wonder where she'll sit to look out of the window in future years though...
@michelleyoung No patience required - Phoenix decided that the blinds were hers the first time she ever left her cage, so we just leave her to it :)
@izythunder Phoenix is sitting on the blind inside the window, looking out. Both my girls are fully flighted, so they only go outside in their travel cages. They do a LOT of flying around the house though :)
