Here's a water lily I spotted when we visited Daylesford in December.
Sorry for the long delay without any uploads. I wasn't abducted by aliens - I just went on holiday! (I'm a bit paranoid about advertising the fact that the house is empty, when anyone with complete OCD or far too much time on their hands could potentially work out where I live...). I also had very intermittent internet access via anything other than a tablet computer that I couldn't use to download pics from the camera...

The girls stayed at a parrot 'hotel' (boarding centre) while we were overseas, so they had a holiday of their own, plus a chance to make lots of other feathered friends. They even learned some good habits about going to bed and playing nicely together :)
Anyways, I'm back now, and will upload a post from each day of my trip together with the regular day's pic until I'm caught up...
Oooh yay, I actually went looking for you on here a couple of days back. I was thinking...oooh I haven't seen you around! I'm the same, I don't advertise on FB that we're going on hols like heaps of people do... I think it's an open invitation... ps... I have some OCD, but not enough to bother getting on a plane to stalk too closely :P
