Our holiday started at Melbourne Airport - we'd managed to get there, check in our bags, get through security - all that was left to do was lounge around the lounge until our plane took off. The flight club membership isn't cheap, but I save up and keep it going so we can chill out when we're doing the 24 hour trip home.
The Melbourne lounge is really nice, has lots of space, and people even wandered around offering us ice cream and chips! Other half enjoyed some whiskey while reading his kobo and waiting for the plane...
That lounge must be worth it - he looks so relaxed there, not at all like jostling for room and keeping your bags on your lap... and sorting out the squabbles..! Lovely portrait with that soft lighting too :)
Nice shot. It looks like he's reading a book on an e-reader. And I thought that was water he was drinking! At least you had a relaxing place to lounge about.
