After a busy week at work I got a wonderful massage to help fix some tight muscles from dance class earlier in the week. As you can see, my massage therapist has a lot of awards and is very highly recommended :)
Sigh. Very relaxing. What dance class do you take? I'd been doing a Dance Jam class at my gym and just started with a Hip Hop class. I am loving it as a non dancer. I want a massage...lucky lady. Happy weekend.
Lucky you, I got a massage yesterday after work but was running late so didn't have time to try for a photo (as well as already having one from the morning hairdresser appointment)
I have never gotten a "real massage. " I have gotten a few student massages after half marathons...mostly leg stuff. I need to get a chair massage and work out my TIGHT and painful and short neck and shoulder muscles. It is is bad ! I am jealous!
Nice shot, Alia! :) I want one now! I haven't seen my favorite massage therapist in awhile. I wonder if my insurance covers her as it is probably medically necessary. Love the ambiance of the room. It looks like it's a serene place to relax. I can already smell the light scent that relaxes you and hear the mystic music playing. Great job capturing the atmosphere.
