Shibuya intersection in Tokyo is (according to the guidebook) one of the busiest pedestrian crossings in the world, with more than 100000 people per hour crossing the road at peak times! Thankfully it wasn't that busy when we were there... This is an alleyway off the intersection - makes me wonder where the rest of the people fit after they cross the road! We braved one of the department stores nearby to find clothes for Karen and a camera lens cloth for me...
