Two years ago, we had severe water shortages as it rained very little over the summer and the winter had been light on the snow side of things. The leaves turned early that year and we had a lot of reds. That seems to be the result from low rainfall. I like the simplicity of this shot.

Lovely shot, love the simplicity and its shadow. Strangely we have just the same signs here in UK. Lots of berries, cool mornings and leaves turning....heck its still August!!
