They're Here!

The day we've all been waiting for! The day the Girl Scout cookies are delivered! At a school you are a sitting duck for any cookie salesgirl who comes your way. I have had to limit my purchasing to the first Girl Scout who brings me her sales sheet.. Otherwise I'd be bankrupt and the size of a barn. There are many new, trendy flavors but I stick with the traditional favorites. I used to think you paid a premium for these confections at $3.75 a box, but when I compared them to standard boxes of cookies in the grocery store, Nabisco brands were selling for $4.99. So I do something good and save money too!
Yummy

I have already eaten mine, I ate them fast out of respect to my wife who is on weight watchers. I am such a good husband.

Cool shot! What are the latest flavors? Reminds me I was a cookie mother when my daughter was a girl scout. She got an award for selling the most cookies that year. I still have my pin ;-) Everyone in the family liked thin mints the best but I liked the shortbread ones.

Yes, I remember selling these cookies when I was younger. I may have to buy a box or two.

I haven't seen GS cookies for years in Australia but when my now 28 year old daughter was selling them we only had plain, no flavours.
