Indoor recess due to all-day snow. I'm sure the kids wish they could play outside, but some of them come without appropriate winter wear, and I guess it is easier to control the natural exuberance of kids in winter if they are kept out of the snow.
great catch, I really hate going by play grounds that are deserted like this. It is such a site to see the kids, climbing all over, like a bunch of ants.
