Rising of the Moon

The moon was rising last night as the sun was setting (still light out) so I pointed my inexpensive Sony high-zoom point-and-shoot (set on Auto) and took a few photos of the moon. It amazes me how good cameras have gotten -- that I can get this level of detail with a cheap, hand-held camera on auto.

Not common to see the moon against vivid blue AND capture in a photo. Very nice.
