Red-throated Ant Tanager (female)

We had only one encounter with this species in Mexico, when we came across a small group of them on the jungle floor eating ants. It was hard to get a clear photo with the low light and their movements. The male is red, but my photos of him were even blurrier, so I am posting the female.
You must have given your bird identification skills a real workout on your trip! You're find birds I didn't know existed. Realy nice shot - hard to see where the poor conditions gave you any problem. Well done.
