Flora 2 - Lambertia formosa

This month I'm posting Aussie flora I have come across while out and about on our bush walks.

Lambertia formosa, commonly known as mountain devil ( the old flowers turn into knarly little devil like faces with large horns) is a shrub of the family Proteaceae, endemic to New South Wales, Australia.
Beautiful flower.
