I might be back to truthfully take photo each day, after 3 months slacking.
Recipe:
2 slices of bread
2 eggs
Some sliced cabbage
Some sliced cheese
Cucumber
Tomato
Shallot
Salt
Butter
Oil
Chili sauce
Steps:
- Add into a bowl: sliced cabbage, eggs, and salt. Mix well.
- Fry them on pan.
- Toast two slices of bread.
- Chop cucumber, tomato, and shallot. Add salt. Mix well.
Serving:
- Put a slice of bread.
- Spread chili sauce.
- Add fried egg.
- Add sliced cheese.
- Add vegetable mix.
- Put another bread on top. Slice the bread in half.
- Serve :)
A very simple recipe, isn't it?
Some things to point:
Slice the cabbage as thinly as posibble. Fry the egg as thinly as possible. I think it's better. XD
Maybe shredded cheese is good too :)
