Oh - I really like the patterns here and how the grid seems to get wider at the top of your photo. Have you considered turning this photo upside down and cropping it into a triangle with the tip of the triangle at the top?

How about trying to capture or show motion this week. You can either do this with panning (moving your camera along with a moving object so the object is in focus but the background is blurred) or by capturing an action shot.
Either way, the motion should be obvious. So, your get pushed challenge is all about motion. I found a pretty good tutorial on this for you.
