That looks delicious and it's beautifully photographed. I've never heard of monkey bread - what's in it? And bourbon as in vanilla or bourbon as in alcohol?
@casablanca@huvesaker - You make a dough, similar to what you'd make for cinnamon rolls, let it rise for an hour, cut the dough into little pieces around 1 inch cube, roll them into balls, drop them in butter, then in brown sugar/cinnamon, then into an bundt pan. Wait another hour to rise a 2nd time, then you bake. I made icing using my home made vanilla extract, which I made by dropping vanilla beans into a bottle of bourbon, and waiting a couple of months.
