The iconic zig-zag pier at St Monans is much photographed. There are some wonderful photos of it taken in stormy weather with the waves crashing over. It can be positively dangerous in strong winds. A few cameras and other photographic equipment have been lost here over the years, including some of my filters....... never to be seen again!
