Laura Marling

Had a fabulous couple of days Friday morning travelled up to Cambridge by train. Enjoyed the town, delicious food and a pitcher of Pimms in the famous Eagle pub. In the evening we went to the Laura Marling gig.
Totally awesome I was right at the front so got some fabulous shots.
We stayed overnight at the travel lodge which a great location not far from train station and it has Franke and Bennies which is great for breakfast, ( has lots of other restaurants too - Nandos Subway, Bella Italia plus others, a cinema and even a Sainsburys local. So grabbed some snacks and couple of beers.

What a great shot - was it one of her small gigs? I've only seen her at big places and old love to go to one of the smaller ones

@taz_o Yes it was small, at the Cambridge Corn Exchange. we queued up about hour before so managed to get a spot standing at the very front which was fab as Im so short! I think she is at Shepherd bush in October but I'm not so keen on that venue.

@bizziebeeme no, me neither - though I last saw her at Hammersmith Apollo and that really was much too big. Shepherd's Bush is at least a bit smaller
