A day of housework today and also 90 minutes of fast walking videos. Also did blogilates this morning.
Another tasty recipe from Pinch of Nom lighter book Tuna Pasta bake. Stayed within my calorie count again. Tonight I will plan of meals for the following week. All going well so far and hoping it will be another good week.
