Carmel found a warm spot in the sun in the pot of one of the plants we moved in before putting them in the house for the winter. The soil must have absorbed the heat and it was soft and he was loving it!

My chooks do this too! Rather amusing to catch them add it - though they tend to use our terracotta urns and if you walked past you might not even know there was anything in there - as they are old discarded ones only half filled with soil.
