Can't Get To It!

He seems to be asking how to get the deliciousness out of there! If only he'd looked around a bit, he'd have seen there was a wooden suet feeder that he could have just removed the cake from the top.

@happysnaps He's had to settle for the birdseed on the ground, but has tried the suet again since. I'll post that pic as well.
