Hi guys, I hope you all enjoyed your Christmas and New Years break. A big hello to any new members who are thinking of partaking in this weeks theme. I'll give a quick outline of how they work and hopefully you'll find it pretty easy to get started.
Basically every Sunday night / Monday I post to the blog with a new theme for the week, any members can enter, so long as their photo was taken and uploaded to the site within the dates outlined in the post. (We're quite strict on this). To enter your photo to the theme, just upload it to your project and tag it with the special tag mentioned below (this weeks tag is "theme-photobomb") your picture is entered and the following week we have a vote on the best photo from 5 specially selected photos. The winner as voted for by you guys then gets to pick the theme for the next week, and the cycle continues. Make sense? Good, if not, I'm sure you'll pick it up as we go along. Feel free to ask any questions in the comments below.
Now on to the business of our last winner....
Amy took the crown from our previous theme (Bokeh) with her photo below...
I spoke to Amy last week and she has chosen the theme "photobomb" to start us off this year. Here's what Amy had to say on the matter...
first, I'd want to thank everyone on 365 for voting for my son's photo, it makes me really proud that they loved it as much as I did. I appreciate it. I've been thinking about a theme for months now that I wanted to do. That theme is photobomb. LOL I found the urban dictionary definition of a photobomb: (verb)- to drop in a photo unexpectedly...to hop in a picture right before it is taken.
I think it's hilarious when this happens, or even when it's set up, so I thought it would be fun for the theme this week.
Here's one of my examples of a photobomb:

Entry to this theme starts on Monday 2nd January and will accept entries until Sunday night (23:59 GMT 8th January). 5 finalists will be chosen next week and we'll start voting on Wednesday.
Entries must have been taken and uploaded this week only! Entries outside of the date range will not be accepted in to the final 5.
-------------------------
Please do not post your photos in this thread, photos posted on this page, will not be entered in to the theme, only those photos tagged correctly.
@scrivna will there be voting for the family theme?
interesting theme this week ..... .
I love your theme choice and expect some very creative entries.
Congratulations on winning!
I have a question & I'm not sure where to ask it. I've just uploaded & tagged todays photo, which was inadvertently perfect for this theme. I am not sure if it will count though as New Zealand is one day ahead so it is dated the 9th January in the exif info.
