Eyes carry the most visual weight in an image. What I find interesting in this image is that even with the eyes not completed by the artist and the fact he is wearing dominant red, my eyes are very much drawn to the fox's eye. Do you agree?
Absolutely agree with that Bob. In this case the composition also leads the viewer to the right eye as it is placed centrally in the frame as well as having leading lines to it from several directions. I really like this. Fav
Yes yes - I always try to get the eyes in my bird shots as otherwise there seems to be no connection with the resulting image. Hope we can see the finished image of the fox one day. Excellent work here.
Wonderful capture and totally agree. It makes me think of why I liked the one I posted yesterday of the guy and the cartoon figure looking at him. The eyes were everything, as they are here. Great use of sc!
