When ever I go to Bexhill on Sea I visit the De La Warr Pavilion, which has what is probably the most photographed staircase in SE England. Having just see the Bridget Riley exhibition "The Curve Paintings" I was wondering if it would be possible to reproduce the effects in a photo while at the same time thinking how to take a different image of the stairs and came up with this image.
