I know they damaged the surrounding buildings, but for me Trafalgar Square has not been the same since Ken Livingstone banned feeding the pigeons. For children in London feeding the pigeons was almost a right of passage.
I am with you on this one Bob !! I have fond memories as a child when my cousin and I went to stay with our grandmother and Aunt in Oxford , and our Aunt taking us to London and having our photo taken feeding the pigeons !

Nice shot, Bob. Yes, sad that these living creatures cannot legally be fed in some places because another species has decided it's not good for them, but on hygiene grounds it's probably best for both species to leave it to nature to supply the food.-- if humans have not poisoned the source!
