Too cold to eat outside. The heater was turned up high in the camper van while I continued my drive down through France. By the time I stopped for lunch at Nuits St Georges the centre of a major French wine appellation it was a balmy -2c. What else could I have for lunch but that Burgundian classic Boeuf Burguigonon and a glass of local wine.
