For this week's Get pushed challenge Wendy @farmreporter asked me to set up a still life with at least five objects and photograph it with natural light. As you can see, the Men of Lewis defeated the Fancy Alliance. A victory for brute and bloody force. Let's hope there will be mercy for the survivors.

@farmreporter Thank you, Wendy, this was fun. The light was tricky, with stubborn reflections on most pieces, but endless possibilities for the set-up. I brought in a second set of chessmen, adding to the narrative in this open scene.
Andreas - while I love the challenge you gave me and I do have an idea on how to do it (I do plan on doing it when I get back home) but I am on the road and unable to do it with the logistics required.
