I think opulent is the word i'm looking for here? It's just spectacular - and to think there were thoughts of pulling it down due to low patronage and high costs over the years.
Question people. I took a couple of shots of these lights - but i struggled to make a decision which composition was the best and why! so some help please!
I'm going to cheat and load the other and it will sit on the 28th (because i didn't have a pic on that day)

I like this one better, it is less distracting. I know you want it to be about the light and it mainly is but the hint of the theatre in the background is just so subtle and so beautiful.
